Consider a person who travels and wants to call an IBERIA contact center. The contact number is different depending on in which country this person is. If this person calls IBERIA contact center from Spain the number is different than the number used if the person calls from France. Here is where this app can be useful. BT Caller for IBERIA app asks you to input a client code IBERIA gives you and then the app shows a list of countries. You select the country where you are now and the app makes the call to IBERIA contact center using the correct contact number for that country. The app needs a data connection the first time a client code is used. The app stores the retrieved country list in the phone so a data connection is not needed after first use.
